Jon Atkins,19, of Virginia Beach works out at Houze Of Champions gym in Virginia Beach under the direction of his personal trainer, Joe Hartfelder Wednesday, Feb. 15, 2017 just days before his first body building competition in Hampton for The Body Sculpting Open Championships.
