North Carolina deals with catastropic flooding

The Atoigue’s house is 15 feet above the water and they still have a couple of feet of water in their residence. Hurricane Florence made landfall on Friday, September 14, 2018 and brought over 23 inches of rain to the area. The storm left over 2,400 storms damaged in Pender County with an estimated 25 percent of the homes underwater.
