Lucas Wooldridge (left), Ladon Wooldridge and Lucas Solorzano shoot baskets while at Jump Trampoline Park on Monday. The park usually opens at 3:00 but opened in the morning for kids to enjoy while off of school because of the snow. “Obviously parents want to get their kids out and get all that energy out,” said owner Brent Fortenberg. “We wanted to give them that option.” The park opened in November on Candlers Mountain Road, making it the third location for Jump Trampoline Parks with other locations in Charlottesville and Virginia Beach. Fortenberg plans on opening the park whenever there is a snow day. “As long as it’s doable we want to be able to reach the community any way we can.”
