HM SPORTS PICTURE STORY: Doug Graham, Loudon Now—Underground bicycle racing is held during the winter months in Northern Virginia and is called “Wednesday Night Spins”. The event is held at 2345 Crystal Drive in the underground parking garage in Crystal City. The race has a huge following and is held every Wednesday and is open to the general public to watch and to race.
